Our stainless steel mandrels are produced to the highest accuracy.
We use stainless steel grades 303 and 416.
Our mandrels range from 7mm diameter upwards to customer specifications.
Finishings
We offer two types of mandrels:
Cut to Length – the hose is cut manually.
Cap to Length – mandrels are capped at both ends to eliminate cutting process and increase production.
Other Products
We also produce cutting fixtures, checking fixtures and assembly jigs to strict tolerances and of the highest standard.
We can also offer machining and welding services.
